Who can use your products?
WorkPlace Methodssm Solutions are designed
to be easily learned and used by most employees who work in your stores.
In early testing, retail grocery department managers with no past computer
skills successfully learned and used our tools.
What levels of security are available?
You control the security of each feature
by creating individual "WorkGroups" and assign each associate's access
permission to these. It's easy - you administer the lists and
drop down menus to best fit your company.
How accessible are your products?
WorkPlace Methodssm Solutions are easily accessible over
the Internet or your company's intranet. With the right security that you assign,
dialing in from anywhere is easy... from home, work or on the road!
How easy is it to share information?
WorkPlace Methodssm Solutions are designed to easily share
important information across the company - in real-time. This reduces costly errors,
redundant work and allows collaboration on information to make better business decisions.
Do I have to purchase this software?
You have two choices: you pay a reasonable monthly subscription fee to use WorkPlace
Methodssm Solutions or you may purchase an enterprise license.
Either way you don't have to invest in large costly IT capital expenses. Just contact our Sales
Department and we'll get you started.
Do I have to purchase hardware?
Some hardware upgrades may be necessary at your end, depending on how current your systems are.
We'll be happy to discuss this with you.
How is information stored?
Information is stored in a hosted, secure database, which is included in the monthly
subscription fee, so there is no need to add additional IT storage at your company.
How am I assured that my company will have the most current product releases?
We keep your WorkPlace Methodssm Solutions upgraded with
the most current releases automatically, and take care of any other system storage,
troubleshooting and operation issues that you may have.
Do I really need your products?
Ask yourself if your alternatives are more labor-, paper-, phone- or fax-based.
You'll have to determine if your company's workflow is as efficient and accurate
as possible at store level. Only you can answer that. But, you should wonder
if your competitors are finding better ways of cutting waste out of the ways
they work and communicate. If they can reduce or eliminate their overhead costs
and improve their profitability first, where does that leave your company?
